PHASE 1
Search Preparation & Finalized Strategy
- Conduct client intake call: understand position scope, ideal candidate profile & target companies.
- Agree on client search update timing & feedback on submitted candidates.
- Prepare candidate correspondence package with job description & company info.
- Review past searches & proprietary database of over 125K for relevant candidates.
<30 Days
Phase 2
Candidate Outreach, Evaluation, and Presentation
- Reach out to suitable past candidates & those who were referred.
- If needed, “cold source” into target companies; find & recruit additional, qualified candidates.
- Conduct two phone/video interviews to evaluate candidates & uncover red flags that would be an impediment to placement.
- Prepare a summary of candidate’s background; present to relevant corporate contacts, along with resume.
<60 Days
Phase 3
Candidate Facilitation, Closure, and Transition
- Coordinate and facilitate client interviews including candidate scheduling, preparation & post-interview feedback.
- If requested, complete reference checks & help develop offer strategy.
- Facilitate offer, candidate acceptance, & onboarding plan.
- Post-hire follow-up with client and candidate.
