Identify and confirm desired client search parameters and market factors
- Understand the position, industry dynamics, and client’s current situation.
- Finalize search strategy and confirm ideal candidate profile.
- Highlight referral sources through previous executive searches.
- Research and identify candidates using our proprietary database.
Candidate Outreach, Evaluation, and Presentation
- Conduct initial phone and/or video screens to evaluate fit and interest.
- Hold second interviews to confirm interest, further qualify candidates, and identify potential issues.
- Conduct two (2) initial reference checks.
- Prepare and submit written briefs on each presented candidate.
Feedback, Facilitation, Closure, and Transition
- Coordinate and facilitate client interviews.
- Conduct pre- and post-interview debriefing.
- Complete final reference check.
- Develop final offer strategy.
- Facilitate offer, placement, and onboarding plan.
